The ways of working are changing very rapidly in my company. My organization is not yet really prepared to use a digital working environment and practices associated with it, and instead focusing on the productivity management, in my opinion, it needs to focus on a less structured work environment less structured. My organization must constantly challenge the way the employees' productivity is evaluated and take into consideration the time/way of work, especially because of the penetration of increasingly strong social software in the enterprise.
Generally, the infrastructure and market access are now being commoditized through new business models and social software. The explicitly structured tasks are increasingly being done by machines.
We now need people to use what is unique to humans, creativity. How to initiate and provoke creativity in my team?
