I need to understand:
- Do our customers see us differently than they used to?
- Is there a new player on the block who’s just eating our lunch? There will always be competition, but if you’re really getting beaten up, you absolutely must understand why.
I know there might be all sorts of reasons: inferior product, changing customer needs, or lacklustre sales and marketing, but I need to make a proper analysis what is our case.
