I was internally promoted as a manager for my current team.
Previously I was not working in the same team , but in the team - supplier of data in my current team.
Is somebody aware of a proper and innovative style for team-building, team development, and team management? I am particularly interested to solve the following:
- How to instil pride in a team or support the team?
- How to lead a big team?
- What to do when taking over a new team?
I was in the position of running a call center and had some big issues for a team of over 200 employees.
My solution was to go for a problem solving session in which I tried to understand what is not working and the base of my issue tree was looking some thing like this.
