My team cannot debate and prove a solution internally.
Usually what I see till now- the team agrees with the opinion of the highest level employee.
- How to solve disputes in my team?
- How to create a tool/ model which lays out the paths and makes clear to everyone if they are holding on to a different point of view rather than moving it along to resolution?
Meritocracy - implement a point system based on proven knowledge, i.e if somebody has implemented at least 3 times the solution he is suggesting for.
