Currently my team is involved in a lot of diplomacy and political speaking. I am being confused where are our emergencies and root causes of our work.
I would not like to investigate and search for errors and root causes, because everybody is afraid to say the right reason. There is no problem-solving environment , but more problem hiding environment in our organisation.
How to create a tool that allows people to express their thoughts and see others' thoughts in real time in our organisation? I would like everybody to be seeing things through everyone's eyes and collectively reach a decision.
