I have recently got a job as a Head of Customer Service and there are 4 teams to be managed, each with individual Manager. Overall there are 45 people under me. I would like to get to know each person and have an overall understanding of capabilities.
There are 3 ladies - Managers who are going in maternity leave soon and I need to promote internally / employ new managers.
