I believe pain is a good reflector and when employees are emotional it affects their work. I want to achieve a status where the pain is mitigated in the future. Something like a self-psychology tool.
What I see on my team now is that people are still blaming each other for mistakes. Moreover, they are afraid to try new things and change processes again because of fear of failing.
Have you ever had a project or part of a project that was dealing with that soft-side challenge? If so, I would appreciate any thoughts and ideas.

What do you think of a way to implement recording their emotions- anger, disappointment, frustration etc. and teach them to use a guided reflection questions? You are creating a Log and that can be easily managed by some Coach.
