I have established my company and my employees learnt to be independent and do their responsibilities. I want to track and record morale, workloads, specific issues, responsibilities etc.

I get the feeling that the company is working without the need of anybody to be updated of the others work.

What is the best daily update tool for a team that you have recently used and it is well accepted?
