I have established my company and my employees learnt to be independent and do their responsibilities. I want to track and record morale, workloads, specific issues, responsibilities etc.
I get the feeling that the company is working without the need of anybody to be updated of the others work.

Daily huddles / check in or check out sessions. They should be no more than 10 min around the table. You can make it within a conference call as well.
