I see a lot of ping-pong effect and procrastination in my team. I want people who request things and those who are required to provide things to easily stay on top of them.
People in my team and the other teams we communicate with constantly forget their promises and due dates to execute a task.
Is there a tool you can recommend where people make and monitor their commitments to each other?
Till now I have successfully implemented Wrike and Trello. Definitely recommended and something you can start for free with.
