I am a Sales Manager for an organisation. The company is still growing, but as I was not part of it establishing, no I can see some gaps where I can contribute.
The company lacks proper metrics and key performance indicators that are presenting the performance of each individual, together with the teams and the company as a whole. The metrics we are currently checking do not speak anything to the Management and employees, on the other hand, know how much they need to sale, but their results are not aligned with the back office support or vice versa.
What are good metrics to be introduced in a young organisation?
How can I measure how good our company and every team is performing in order to reach the company goals and everybody to work towards a united metric?
