I am receiving complaints from clients, but I am not sure if that is based on a lower quality or some rigidity with my employees.
How can I check are my employees rigid? If that is some calculation , then what is a good and a bad number in rigidity?

The main clue is the inflexibility and its impact on your performance. The inability to change between products to meet changing demand. The inability to provide the product or service the customer wants. The inability to cope with changes in customer demand. The inability to deliver in the lead time expected by the customer.
