A company is looking for an innovative, counselling-oriented sales training. The aim of the training is to enable the sales department to identify customer needs in conversations, to convey these afterwards into implementation oriented measures and consequently to increase sales in the long run.

I have lead performance hands-on sales trainings for 2 corporations and am also teaching sales to Bachelor and Master students. I am not sure if you need a trainer or tips for the training design so I am open to helping out in both scenarios.

Hi Bogdan, Thank you for coming back to me so promptly. What the company needs is a new agenda how to execute sales in a better way, i.e the whole mindset of the sales team needs to be changed and that is why it should be a coaching-like training, where the individuals need to reach by themselves to the new ideas and methods. What is the agenda that you have used before? What was the result and how much of the sales team in your case bought the new ways you were teaching them? I am definitely interested in your suggestions and feedback. Alex
