I am working on an improvement project involving a digital platform created two years ago to federate over 4000 users internationally and run coordinated operations across apprx 30 local centers.
Feature requests, bugs, and other nice-to-haves have been piling up over time, the number of key stakeholders is very high. The initial needs have to be reassessed as well.
What would be the best prioritization / decision matrix that you have knowledge of, that would allow to take unbiased decisions and demonstrate that to our users and stakeholders?
