Where to find interested LEAN Consultants for Romanian market?

Hi everyone,

We are looking for the best Consulting firms that can help with supporting a pilot Lean transformation and also help structure the best Lean approach for a company in the financial sector with 5000+ employees. Together with the tasks mentioned above, they should also help disseminate the appropriate know-how for the involved employees, so that they can tackle future implementions on their own (without external consultants support).

Can you recommend the best Consulting firms to have in mind for this endeavour in the Romanian market?

PS: Consulting firms do not necessarily have to be Romania based, just underlying that the entire implementation will be in Romania. Romanian speaking consultants will be a plus, though!

Hello Adrian,

I am a member of ibd Business Advice Group. We are all self-employed specialists collaborating to bring greater impact to bear on solutions for our clients.

Several of my colleagues have led large scale lean management implementations, some have worked in Romania previously and/or have Romanian language skills.

Because of our structure, we have much lower overheads than most large consultancy firms and this is relected in our rates.
