Hi all,
My client wants to set a specific and actionable KPI for its Legal Director.
This KPI is meant to drive the Legal director to focus more on the recovery of debts that are older than 1 year in the recovery phase.
Thank you and I would really appreciate some suggestions,
Ionut
Hello,
I would suggest that he uses Hoshin Kanri approach:
https://www.leanmethods.com/resources/articles/seven-steps-hoshin-planning/
The method works by aligning the goals of the company (Strategy) with the plans of middle management (Tactics) and the work performed by all employees (Operations).
For a director, having a KPI only for himself is not productive.
But if this KPI is aligned with an objective, when cascading it down it creates an alignment throughout the entire organization. Each level goes down into more and more detail.
