It depends on your specific target of market segments there are freelancers with different background and level of experience on global freelancer platforms or local talent pool do milestone basis projects.

You probably mean intern. Apprentices are complete novices joining a business for learning, you would hire an apprentice to teach her/him how to do market analysis, so that eventually you may use the skills in your business. And the term is mostly used for physical/production skills in manufacturing and trades like builders, plumbers, carpenters. Never used in professional services and commercial disciplines. Interns are usually students joining a business temporarily to learn on the job, i.e. while performing meaningful tasks. They already have some knowledge of the subject and find its practical application (and improve it) by working on a task ro project. You do not teach, only guide and coach them, and expect them to work mostly unsupervised and deliver a usable result. Interns are usually hired on full-time employment contracts (on the minimum wage for the country), so your better option would be an independent freelancer on a hourly or daily fee (or a lump sum per completed task).

Now, to answer your question: this site itself is a place for possible freelancers to help with your market analysis. Beyond the people available here, you should try to find a person based in- (or with knowledge of) your target market. E.g. a highly skilled Italian freelancer based in his home country may not be your best choice to analyse the US market, if that is your target. If you plan to offer a virtual / digital product aimed at global markets, you would need higher skills with reasonable knowledge of strategic marketing and adequate international experience - so a student intern is unlikely to deliver quality result, you will need a freelancer who does this for a living and has been doing it for at least 2-3 years (or more).

Good places to search are the popular freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or TheWorkCrowd. Make sure to specify clear and detailed requirements, in order to receive relevant offers.

Also be prepared to work together with your hired market analyst: this is best not done by throwing a brief and concept at them and leaving it all to them on their own, but by collaboratively exploring options and discussing findings at every step until the final analysis document takes shape.

For doing this analysis for you I am probably too expensive, but would be happy to provide free of charge further guidance to yourself and your chosen freelancer, along the above lines.
