Hi All,

I am a manager in a small consulting company.

The owners of the company are giving really low salaries to the majority of consultants and I experience problems in finding and keeping good people in my department.

Have you experienced and overcame such a challenge and if so - what are the actions I can implement and suggest, aside from monetary compensation?
