I am a business owner of a tailor made clothing brand in Bulgaria. The service was launched in the end of 2018.
One of the most important tasks in front of me was the assessment of the market potential in volumes(pcs) to be sold per year in the next 2/3 years, so we can validate the business case.
I wasn`t convinced by the local marketing agencies and as well as marketing surveyors. We have done several surveys and marketing campaigns to gain more client`s feedback but with unsatisfactory results.
How can I estimate effectively the market potential?
What instruments/techniques i may apply to realistically validate the service needs?
What i can do more to get suggestions for service/product improve and fill a market gap?
