The company I am working for has been established 5 years ago.

I was not part of the company from the very beginning and I am figuring out from the feedback I am receiving from our Managers and employees that they are not aware of our value proposition. 

In order to position our product understanding, how to clarify the value proposition of our service? Is there a good plan of actions to follow?
