How to efficiently draft an Implementation plan?

I always use a PERT or GANTT chart to track the chosen milestones and create a "critical path" to follow the issue that is holding up the entire implementation plan.

I have also used software like ASANA and smartsheet. Monday.com is becoming very popular for project management implementation.

Milestones and the critical path are chosen by the project team and tracked by the person responsible and accountable

1.Create a list of outcomes required

2. Allocate key person for each outcome

3. What actions need to be taken for the outcomes to be achieved

4. Establish roles, budgets, and accountabilities

5. Use GANTT or PERT chart to monitor progress

6. Follow a project management methodology

Have the team review the implementation project every 3-6 months.

Every time you implement change in your organization it is a learning opportunity and should be reviewed. Through the review process, it’s important to examine what worked and what didn’t to identify areas for improvement. It’s also crucial to look at the setbacks you encountered along the way and how they could have potentially been avoided or reduced to take this knowledge into your next set of implementation activities.
