Hi All,
Happy New Year!
Recently I was involved in a project for international 'virtual office' and will work closely with the Change Manager.
Our focus is on the hearts and minds change, in order to be able to work efficiently with the new standards.
How many of you have experience with something similar?
I am gathering information, as I would like to hear your good and bad practices. I would also like to understand more in that change management area , so I am able to compare with what our Change Manager is planning and doing.
Many thanks,
Martina
I would recommend regular virtual collaboration sessions for teams and across the business to keep employees aligned and focused. It also allows team members to feel supported and heard.
Collaboration sessions are most effective when run by a trained facilitator, but choosing the right technology to deliver sessions can make the job a lot easier. With the right tech partner anyone should be able to facilitate sessions. This gives you the opportunity to take turns in facilitating within teams.
All of this encourages engagement and cross team working...especially essential in times of change
It may be worth checking out the HFS Hot Vendors for 2021. The HFS Hot Vendors are an exclusive group of emerging players with a differentiated value proposition in the Digital OneOffice space. They list the best up-and-coming tech players to help you facilitate the best virtual experience. You can see the list of vendors here: [removed] /p>
