Hi All,
I am starting a new project. It is still in conception. However, I would like to put the basics right the first time.
My project is in hospitality - the closest idea is a cafe, but think about something from a new generation. My partners and I have great and creative ideas.
What is your advice on the basics of the brand strategy I can apply, so we don't miss any important strategic element?
Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nick,Â
I believe it will be a great exercise for you as a start to make a matrix and apply the morphological analysis by Fritz Zwicky. That will give you an opportunity to map all the aspects (vertically) of your business and then draw all the possibilities (horizontally).Â
The most important thing is to state your problem clearly and then start filling all the boxes. If you want I am happy to jump on a call with you and show you how to use the Morphological Analysis. It is one of my favourite strategic tools.
