1. How much the revenue should grow and how that is compared to previous periods?

2. Go through deep cost analysis - supplies, production effectiveness, HR, administrative etc. Here you need to ensure that you will ensure profit growth as well as revenue growth and based on the analysis to outline a plan.

3. What about the profits? Should they be reduced, unchanged or increased? 

4. Do you plan to launch new product/s or improve the existing?
