For any Risk Assessment you have to start big and funnel down:
What is the location? Some countries are higher risk than others
What is the product? Certain things are more prone to be used for money laundering or fronts
What is the money situation?
Who are the main players? What is their background?
What is your company's Risk Profile? What level of risk are they comfortable with?
Once you answer these questions, you should have a good picture of your risk appetite and what you're dealing with.
