Hi, 

I am part of consulting team that have recently started a new project . What we are experiencing as a difficulty is engaging effectively with the Board of Directors. Are you able  to advise me with any quick wins?

The question is whether you approach the BoD as a group or you approach each member individually. In my experience you need to find a 'sponsor with in the BoD who is suppportive of change and make him your champion and ensure you understand his or her requirements and challenges so here you create the quick wins. Difficult to be spe4cifi on quick wins on the project as details are not available here
