Hi Marieta, Probably one of the best options still remains Microsofts Visio (Standard or Professional) although it might be a bit costly if not provided by your organisation. Good news is they are launching an online version (https://products.office.com/en-us/visio/flowchart-software?tab=tabs-3) that is very affordable (from $5 to $15 per month). Hi Emil, I find that in such cases its usually the lack of a simple and easy to use framework on behalf of the facilitator and the teams. May I propose you use the GROW framework from the coaching theory as a step by step huddle process or also the 4 step inclosed in the attached file. Hi Alex, For such a change I would follow the ADKAR model or the 8 step process for leading change of Kotter. They seem to cover all needed aspects and deal with resistance to change. Also there are some books that could help the transformation.
