Is there a place for standardizing processes in art?
Yes there is! Currently I’m using agile methods with an art collective. We are using a trello board to make tasks for sprints. We have sprint reviews where we “demo” the art to each other. The main difference I have noticed is that there is no place for a “product owner” because we all share the responsibility of deciding what is most important.
