Where can I find a good and detailed information about Design for DMADV?
Hi Christian, The main rule is if the SIPOC (Supplier-Input-Process-Outcome-Customer) is changing, then you need DMADV. Have you ever actually considered do you need DMADV or you can use the DMAIC? If your answer is still yes - then you need to start analysing the external data on the drivers. That is a forward-focus thinking. I have tried to summarise below the differences. I had a great experience with them.
