Hi Istvan, I work at Bud and we are a Fintech that works with b2b clients to help them solve problems of their b2c customers better. This eventually builds better relationships with customers and drives stickiness and advocacy. What is the best plan when launching a new product?

Launching a new product is always an experiment because there always are unknowns. Otherwise there'd be no risk to it.
