How would you establish Business Process Improvement practices from scratch

How can they improve something they have not documented? The question also assumes that you "improve" once and you're done.  Better to focus on documenting (and understanding) existing processes and have a rolling schedule of reviews and improvements.  Perhaps it's not grand but IMO it's likely to be more efficient in the long term,.   read more
