1)Think about incentivising your customers to chat to you and yes customers don't always know their needs and this is why you need to come up with some customer requirements. These requirements are then best shared with the customers to gain a view on whether they would buy or not. What is the best structure/methodology to implement Continuous Improvement?

With continuos improvement we would cover it off in weekly status meetings , always using the same agenda , "What have we done well, which we can learn from?" and "What can we improve on for next time". Everyone has the option to raise something and everyone gets a copy of the gone wells and not gone wells. How to promote Direct Selling in Europe?

Here are my thoughts - I would look at the distribution options offered by Europe for getting skincare products to the customers. If you look at the UK you have companies such as Avon who have a vast network of direct sellers. You could contact them to see if they would add your product to their portfolio. This would give you a UK network overnight but you would have to give away some of your income. I think the approach has to be one of focus , what I eman by that is assuming funds are limited look for a customer group which you would target.
